As we drink ceremonial-grade cacao, it will help to focus the mind, clarify goals, and manifest desired outcomes.Then Katy, who is an experienced trauma informed breath facilitator, will guide you through a meditation to help build a connection to yourself and your inner world. She will then guide you through a breathing technique using called ‘Harmonic Breathing’ using specially orchestrated music.
